Returning a product for repair

The package MUST include:
- Your product – Please pack securely
- The Return Authorization Form and a note describing the reason you are returning (ReturnAuthorizationForm.pdf)
- Proof of Purchase
- A check or money order in the amount of $10.00 to cover return shipping. Laser Link golf club/retail customers will be invoiced for repair and shipping fees.
Return shipping fees:
$10.00 for laser rangefinders. The $10.00 return shipping fee will be returned if your product is deemed to be under warranty. If you are a Laser Link golf club/retail customer, you will be invoiced for repair and shipping fees.
Repair procedures:
After your unit is received, a technician will determine the necessary steps to repair, and whether warranty coverage is in place. It is our option to repair or replace your unit. If your unit is NOT covered by warranty, an estimate for repair or replacement will be emailed to you.
After receiving your estimate, you will have fourteen days to respond, either accepting or declining our recommendation. If you accept the recommendation for repair or replacement, you will be required to provide payment. This payment can be in the form of check, credit card, or money order. If the repair or replacement is covered under warranty, you will receive no additional correspondence.
